8. Payments

  • Payments are processed via secure third-party providers (including HitPay, Stripe, Razorpay, or eWAY)

 

9. Refund Policy

9.1 Full Refund Eligibility

A full refund will be issued if:

  • The practitioner determines the service cannot be provided

  • The request is declined

  • The service is not delivered

  • A duplicate or technical payment error occurs

No charge applies where the service cannot be provided.

 

9.2 Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided where:

  • The consultation has been completed

  • Any document (certificate, prescription, referral) has been issued

  • Incorrect or misleading information was provided

  • The user changes their mind

 

9.3 Refund Processing

  • Refunds are returned to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 3–10 business days

  • Payment processing fees may not be refundable

 

9.4 Disputes

Users should contact support before initiating a chargeback.

10. Not for Emergencies
